

* T&Cs for Customer Guarantee: Live TaxiEpay will pay A$50 to the customer for each affected payment occurring on or after 1 April 2011 if the delay and/or error in that payment occurred as a direct result of the fault of Live TaxiEpay - not partly or totally caused by any third party or factor (a bank, a GPRS provider, a terminal manufacturer, interruptions on the EFTPOS system, public holidays, or similar), any customer or its employees, contractors or agents (eg, not following Live TaxiEpay's terminal operating instructions) or any force majeure event (as per clause 1 of the Live TaxiEpay Terminal Sign Up Form). The customer acknowledges that it has been provided with and has read and understood the Live TaxiEpay Terminal Sign Up Form (and related terms & conditions) and the Live TaxiEpay Welcome Booklet and/or Welcome Email, the Terminal User Guide which outlines important information regarding how to operate the terminal, bank details, payment cut-offs, how to perform an 'end of shift' on the terminal, and the difference between "closed" versus "uploaded" transactions. The customer acknowledges that it has signed a Terminal Sign Up Form and all of the information it provided on that Form is correct. All claims under this guarantee must be accompanied by an 'end of shift' printout showing the affected payment was uploaded correctly by the customer. Live TaxiEpay is not liable for claim, loss, damage or expense suffered by the customer or any third party in respect of the delayed and/or inaccurate payment beyond paying A$50 under this guarantee and (if applicable) rectifying the inaccurate payment." |
